KEY FEATURES OF PANZER SHELTERS
Structure
A compact, airtight reinforced-concrete structure designed to provide protection against external hazards.
Filtered Ventilation
A filtered ventilation system ensuring a safe air supply in the event of chemical or radiological contamination, fire, or industrial hazards. The filtration range, capacity, and operating time of the system are selected according to operational requirements and the specifications of the chosen technical solution.
Blast Valves
Valves designed to protect the shelter interior and ventilation system against the effects of a blast wave. Permissible overpressure, airflow capacity, and valve response time are specified in the manufacturer’s technical documentation and selected according to the shelter’s design requirements.
Protective Doors
Doors that allow the shelter to be securely closed from the inside, providing protection against physical impact and blast waves. The level of protection (type of hazard, type of impact, and permissible overpressure) depends on the selected protective door model.
Emergency Exit
An independent emergency exit allowing occupants to leave the shelter once the danger has passed if the main entrance is blocked.
Emergency Power Supply
Emergency power is provided by a battery system or generator.
When a combustion-engine generator is used, the shelter is equipped with separate air intake and exhaust outlets designed to prevent exhaust gases and CO₂ from entering the shelter interior.
